# Welcome to Velyti

> Velyti is the back office of a used-vehicle dealership: inventory, clients, contracts, transit procedures and reports in one place.

Velyti is where a Colombian used-vehicle dealership keeps its day-to-day work: the vehicles on the lot, the people and companies it deals with, the purchase and sale contracts, and the paperwork that transfers each vehicle at the transit agency (*organismo de tránsito*).

This guide is for the people who use it every day: salespeople, appraisers, managers and administrators.

## What Velyti covers

* **Inventory.** Cars and motorcycles with their plate, prices, days on the lot, photos and RUNT registration data.
* **Clients.** People and companies, with the data the contracts print.
* **Contracts.** Purchases and sales, from pending to completed, with their printable documents and powers of attorney.
* **Procedures.** The ownership transfer and, when the vehicle has a lien, its release, with the requirements checklist and the 60-working-day term to register the transfer.
* **Insights.** A dashboard for the morning, reports for the period and a demand forecast.
* **Administration.** Your company and branches, users, roles and permissions, and your own profile.
